What to know
Where are you located?
Nestled in the heart of Cardiff-by-the-Sea in California, LIVV Cardiff is just steps from the Pacific Ocean and minutes from Encinitas, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe. Housed in a thoughtfully reimagined coastal space, our private longevity club offers a discreet setting designed for restoration, performance, and connection.

How long does a day pass take?
Expect a minimum of three hours for your visit to settle in and enjoy each treatment. A member of the LIVV team will confirm timing and what to expect during your reservation call.
Can I book with a friend?
Absolutely! LIVV is better shared. We recommend one person books LIVV Healthy and the other books LIVV Confident, as both passes run the same length and keep you together throughout your visit. For those looking for a more comprehensive shared experience, LIVV Supported was made for exactly that. A 4.5 hour curated half-day experience for two.

What if I have a health condition I'm concerned about?
Most guests are great candidates for any of the three passes. The only modality with specific contraindications is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), included in the LIVV Optimized pass. HBOT is not recommended if any of the following apply:
- Pacemaker or ICD,
- History of collapsed lung (pneumothorax)
- Current use of certain chemotherapeutic agents (Bleomycin, Doxorubicin/Adriamycin, or Cisplatin)
- Travel within 24 hours before or after your visit
- History of significant ear pain during flights or active ear infection may cause discomfort
- Severe claustrophobia
Please mention anything relevant in your reservation form. We will review your individual history, current state, and any adjustments needed to make your day safe and effective.
Do I need to be a LIVV member to book?
No membership required. Day passes are open to anyone, available this summer only, in limited quantities each day. If you want more after your visit, that's a conversation we're happy to have.
What happens after I request my visit?
A Cardiff team member reaches out personally to confirm your date, answer any questions, and complete your reservation.
I've never done IV therapy, is a day pass right for me?
Yes, that's exactly what the physician consult is for. Before anything is administered, a Cardiff physician will talk through your history and current state. If something isn't appropriate, you'll know before it happens.
Do I need to be a California resident?
Not at all. Day pass guests travel to Cardiff from across the country. All are welcome.
What if I want to continue my care?
LIVV offers several paths for ongoing care depending on where you are in your health journey. À la carte follow-up consults and lab panels are available anytime through this program. For those looking for a more comprehensive, ongoing relationship with our clinical team we offer membership programs and expanded care options. Your provider is the best person to point you in the right direction based on your goals.
How can I unlock baseline labs?
Complete all three passes - LIVV Healthy, LIVV Confident, and LIVV Optimized - and receive a complimentary baseline bloodwork panel plus a physician-led review of your results.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, relaxed clothing works best for treatments. A bathing suit is required for the contrast therapy spa. Robes and amenities are provided throughout.
Is food and drink available?
Yes. A curated selection of wellness-focused food and beverages is available for purchase throughout your visit.
Is gratuity included?
Yes, an automatic 20% gratuity is included for treatments.
